1-1 Yoga Sessions
The clinic now has a small studio which can be used for 1-1 alignment yoga sessions to improve strength, flexibility and functional fitness. Sessions with Kate Synott are specifically tailored to your needs on an ongoing basis, or can be based upon your practitioners recommendations for a set period of time.
All sessions include mental and physical relaxation which both contribute to overall wellbeing.
1-1 Pilates Sessions
The clinic studio is also available for 1-1 Pilates and/or personal training sessions. Violaine Delauge is an experienced Pilates instructor and personal trainer who specialises in postpartum rehabilitation.
With Violaine you will learn the how and the why of exercise as you gain confidence and strength in your body.
Pilates and personal sessions are available on Wednesday afternoons only.
