Kinetic Chain Release
A 'kinetic chain' refers to the notion that these joints and segments have an effect on one another during movement. When one is in motion, it creates a chain of events that affects the movement of neighboring joints and segments.
Kinetic Chain Release Therapy (developed by Hugh Gilbert Physiotherapist) is a unique sequence of mobilisations and stretches that bring about postural changes to rapidly bring the body back into balance. Sessions take place on a treatment table and clients are fully clothed at all times.

Kinetic Chain Release can be helpful in managing conditions such as:
-
Chronic back pain
-
plantar fasciitis
-
Migraine & tension headaches
-
TMJ dysfunction
-
Wrist pain
-
Neck & shoulder pain.
Also, by using KCR to improve body alignment, athletic performance & efficiency can be enhanced.
