Reflexology
Sit back, enjoy deep relaxation, and try a therapy that can help you let go of stress, anxiety, improve some health conditions, and offer relief from pain.
Reflexology, more than a simple foot massage, is a highly developed ancient practice that is holistic (treats the whole person), non-invasive, and natural form of self-healing. It can help rebalance blocked energy throughout the body, balance hormones and emotions.
Not familiar with Reflexology? Our feet are like anatomical 'maps' of the whole body and body systems. Reflexologists can detect imbalances in the body by exploring the feet; the areas that need more attention can then be corrected by manipulating and applying pressure to the specific reflex points.

After one or two treatments your body may respond in a very noticeable way. Most clients feel energised and relaxed at the same time, with better quality of sleep and a general sense of wellbeing.
Occasionally, some feel lethargic, nauseous or emotional, but this is usually temporary and is part of the healing process.
