Paying for your appointment:

  • Reception will ask a series of questions regarding your recent travel and whether or not you are currently experiencing any COVID symptoms.

  • If you are unable to come to the clinic, you can request that a practitioner calls you for further information and a remote consultation/advice where possible. 

  • Please note that we are ensuring staggered appointment times to minimise congestion in the reception area.

  • Do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointed time.

  • Come alone (if possible).

  • Wear a mask in reception (these can be provided for a small charitable donation at the clinic if needed).

  • Use the sanitizer provided at the entrance or reception.

  • Observe the 2 metre distancing rule in the reception area (either take a seat or stand back and wait until called forward to reception).

  • Please allow the receptionists to take your temperature (this is contact free).

  • Wait for your clinician to come for you and escort you to their treatment room.

  • If your practitioner has the facility to receive card payments, please pay in the treatment room with clinician.

  • If using cash, please have the correct amount to pay the receptionist.

  • If using BACS, please tell the receptionist who will give you the practitioners bank details, and we kindly ask you to settle up before leaving clinic.

  • If paying by cheque, please bring and use your own pen. 

On leaving the clinic, please sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided.


Please Note:

  • Receptionists are protected by a plastic screen and will not be wearing masks to ensure ease of communication.

  • The toilet is sanitized after each use.

  • Each practitioner will be following their own governing bodies guidance regarding treatment within their room but all rooms are sanitised prior to each patient/client. 

  • There are no longer any tea/coffee/water facilities in reception. Please bring your own bottled water should you wish.
