Sarah Thurley

Physiotherapy & Sports Massage

Sarah graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2016 with a degree in Psychology. Driven by a strong interest in helping people reach their full potential, she went on to qualify in Massage Therapy, gaining valuable hands-on clinical experience. This foundation deepened her passion for rehabilitation and performance, leading her to complete a Master’s in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University, graduating with distinction.

Having grown up in Dubai and lived in South Africa, Sarah brings a broad cultural perspective to her practice. Her international background has shaped her communication style and enables her to build strong, trusting relationships with patients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Sarah leads an active lifestyle and has a special interest in bouldering and surfing. Her personal involvement in sport enhances her understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance-focused care.

She is committed to delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment, helping her patients recover from injury, build resilience, and return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Sarah spending time with her two chihuahuas or keeping active outdoors.
